Terrence Graves, 23, a well-known newspaper and fruit vendor was shot and killed near the gas station where he worked Tuesday morning, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Around 5:30 a.m. Graves was shot at 99th and Halsted. It was reported that two men ran into the alley near the gas station after the shooting, the Tribune reports.

Detectives have yet to identify a motive or suspects in the shooting and are asking anyone who might have witnesses the incident to contact detectives at 312-747-8272.
