Which neighborhood is "the nation's greatest living monument to failure and public intoxication"? Ask a Cubs fan.
Does your Chicago neighborhood suck, asked some guy at Thrillist. The North Side represents well — no surprise there. Beverly and Mount Greenwood — no chance of making this list. Or we'd have words.
