Social Worker

Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago has an opening for a social worker to join the staff of an autism therapeutic day school in Tinley Park. The school social worker is accountable to deliver social work services as mandated on student IEP’s in accordance with the Illinois State Board of Education requirements and to provide advocacy, crisis intervention, and support to all students, staff members and family members. Metra Police

The Metra Police Department has more than 100 sworn officers who are responsible for the security of Metra’s 11 rail lines and 241 stations. The officers provide security to passengers, employees, equipment, yards, stations and rights-of-way. Metra Police handle a variety of tasks ranging from civilian complaints to criminal activity. In partnership with federal, state, and local agencies, Metra participates in various training exercises to promote awareness, to prevent incidents and enhance training for effective response.
