The Sapp Family of Beverly has owned this local staple ice-cream stop since 1926, still in its original hot-pink building. The staple, of course, is the Rainbow Cone: five flavors of colorful ice cream (chocolate, strawberry, Palmer House, pistachio and orange sherbet) in one cone.
