Meteorological summer is over, but there is still plenty of warm weather left to enjoy the great outdoors this weekend. 

FRIDAY 

  • 17th Annual Kevin Dowling Scholarship Golf Outing -- Glen Eagles Country Club in Lemont. The Scholarship Fund has awarded over $300,000 in scholarships! Check outwww.kevindowlingscholarshipfund.com or call (773) 972-6264.
  • Fall On the Green -- Oak Lawn’s 18th annual fall frolic kicks off at 6 p.m. Friday at Cook and 95th Street in Oak Lawn. Free admission. The fest runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 6-8. For a lineup of the day’s events and entertainment, visit the Fall On the Green 2013 Survival Guide.
  • Br. Rice vs. Marist -- The Pulaski Road Super Bowl gets underway at 7:30 p.m. in Marist’s Red and White Stadium, located at 4200 W. 115th St., Chicago. Can’t make the game? Patch will be streaming it live.
