Trick-or-Treating Hours For the 19th Ward and Surrounding Communities

Where and when to get your candy on in Chicago's 19th Ward.

It's time once again to pull out those bags and buckets in preparation for the candy-grabbing ritual that is Halloween.

While your costumes should be set, your schedule might not be. I pulled together a list of local trick-or-treating hours so you can have fun while not annoying your neighbors.

In the 19th Ward the self-imposed cut off for trick-or-treaters is 7 p.m. You will notice orange signs in many of your neighbors' windows alerting Halloween celebrants to the hours.

Suburbs near Beverly, Morgan Park and Mount Greenwood have their own hours:

Oak Lawn - 3 to 8.p.m.
Evergreen Park - After school to 8 p.m., with parental supervision after 6 p.m.
Alsip - 3 to 8 p.m.
Blue Island - 3 to 7 p.m.
