Police: Sex Offender Registered Bogus Burbank Addresses
Police say David Earner violated the sex offender registration act when he used false addresses during his weekly registration, Burbank Beat reports.

The Burbank Police Department announced they arrested David W. Earner, 43, of Burbank last week for violating the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act. A police source said this was Earner's second arrest this year for violating the act.
The following information was posted on the Burbank Police Facebook page:
"The Burbank Police Department have arrested David Earner for violating the Sex Offender Registration Act. Earner; who is a registered sex offender and has been registering with this department as homeless, was placed into custody on Tuesday, June 3rd, when he came in for his weekly registration.
