Palos Park Police Warn of Suspicious Traveler

Police urge residents to be cautious after one's strange encounter.

Palos Park police are warning residents to be alert and use caution when answering their door, after one resident's strange encounter Thursday morning. 

A man rang the doorbell of a home on Will-Cook Road around 1:30 a.m., claiming he was lost and asking to come inside to charge his laptop, in order to find his way home to Naperville.

The man is described as in his mid-30s, with short blond hair, wearing a blue dress shirt, tie, and dark pants. He was carrying  (Short Blond Hair, Blue Dress shirt, tie, dark pants. He was carrying a briefcase/computer bag.

The man left the area in a white, newer model mini-van. Last seen driving onto Will-Cook Road
