Chicago Police Officer Says Sergeant Forced Her To Have Sex
Federal lawsuit alleging years of abuse and harassment filed in federal court.
A federal lawsuit filed by Chicago Police Officer Kelly Hespe this week alleges that Sgt. Gerald Breimon, a 20-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department, forced her to have sex numerous times over a three-year period. The single mother of three says what started as a dating relationship turned into stalking, harassment and demands for sex on the job multiple times a day.
Breimon has been accused of the behavior in the past, reports WGN, and some believe his clout has protected him. He remains on the police force. Hespe is on medical leave.
