In the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 24 a car roll over sent the driver to the hospital.
At about 2:50 a.m. the Merrionette Park Fire Department and Chicago Fire Department crews responded to the crash in the 11500 block of South Spaulding Avenue, according to the Merrionette Park Fire Department.
A car had flipped on its side after striking a light post.
One person was extracted from the vehicle and taken to the hospital, officials said.
