Donald J. " Doc " Bush, O.D., who operated a longtime practice in Mount Greenwood died at the age of 60.
He is survived by his wife Sara, nee Morrison and daughters Eileen and Elizabeth Bush.
He was a devoted son of the late Martin and Marion, brother of William (Nancy), Timothy (Nora) , the late Maribeth (Robert) Forrer and Martin Jr. Son-in-law, brother-in-law and uncle to many.
Dr. Bush was an optometrist on the South Side of Chicago with 34 years of service to the community.

A funeral will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 8:45 a.m. from Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie Ave. to St. Christina Church, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Visitation will take place on Monday, Nov. 25 from 2 to 9 p.m at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home.
