Mount Carmel Caravan Alley Players to Perform at BAC This Weekend
Taste, Mount Carmel's original play, will be performed by a cast of students and alumni at the Beverly Arts Center on Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9, at 7 p.m.
The Mount Carmel High School Caravan Alley Players are bringing humor and heart to Beverly in the dramedy, Taste. Taste, an in-house original play, will be performed by a cast of students and alumni at the Beverly Arts Center on Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9, at 7 p.m.
The whodunit murder mystery takes place at the television premier of the nation’s next great reality-cooking show, “Whose Got Taste.” Hilarity ensues as two Southside detectives (played by senior Joey Casasanto, of Mount Greenwood, and sophomore Alec Eldorado, of Bridgeview) unravel a case that ultimately teaches viewers a valuable lesson about the importance of sharing a family meal
Taste is the fifth in a series of in-house original shows inspired by the five senses which are written by the show director, Padre Benjamin Aguilar, O.Carm., with the help of a talented team of Mount Carmel students. The show moves to the Beverly Arts Center after a successful run at Mount Carmel.
