Palos Heights Farmers Market

The Palos Heights Farmers Market welcomes the Palos Garden Club and Chiro One to the July 23rd market. 

The Palos Garden Club, which promotes gardening through sharing knowledge, talent, and resources while developing community pride, environmental concern, and a sense of fulfillment. The club will be providing information about the upcoming activities and speakers. Garden gloves, plant markets and aloe plants will be sold at a nominal cost, and free assorted seedlings will be given away until they are gone. More information will available at phgc.blogspot.com 

Chiro One will also be a guest of the market. Come find out information about their wellness and educational programs and chiropractic practice. Chiro One is located at 7202 W College Dr. in Palos Heights.  

Senior Farmers Market Nutritional Program coupons are accepted at the Lyons Fruit Farm and Zeldenrust Farms Stands. They work as cash for fruits and vegetables. Stop by the City Tent for more information about the program.

Stop by the City Tent to pick up the latest recipe from Dr. John Principe MD, "Greek Zucchini Fritters" This and previous week's recipes will be available. Make sure to have your Frequent Shopper Card endorsed. All completed cards are entered into a year-end market raffle.
