Horse Thief Hollow Tapping Party Wednesday

Horse Thief Hollow to debut new beer in honor of the 12th annual Beverly Hills Cycling Classic.

Horse Thief Hollow and Argus Brewery are collaborating on a new brew “Snake Hill,” to kick off the Beverly Hills Cycling Classic on the eve of the 12th annual Beverly Hills Cycling Classic, the community’s unique professional bike race, Thursday, July 24.

Wednesday’s tapping party at Horse Thief Hollow, 10426 S. Western Avenue, will generate monies from the day’s sales to support the bike race. Admission is free and open to the public

“BAPA and Executive Director Matt Walsh have done a spectacular job of tweaking this bike race and improving it every year,” said Horse Thief Hollow owner Neil Byers.  “We’re excited to be part of this creative process and especially tickled to introduce a summer German wheat beer that traditionally carries a lower alcohol content.”

The beer tent in the BHCC festival area will also serve craft beers from long-time race supporter Argus Brewery, a state-of-the-art brewery located in Pullman where the Joseph E. Schlitz brewery once stabled its horses.
