Friends Keep Kevin's Name Alive with Annual Holiday Toy Drive

The 13th annual Kevin Dowling "Christmas Is for Kids Toy Drive" happens this Saturday, Dec. 1 at 115 Bourbon Street. Cost of admission is an unwrapped child's toy.

Kevin Dowling was a son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend to many. Although he passed away from complications of heat stroke and a liver transplant 17 years ago, his memory and name are still very much alive.

We have supported this great cause in the past because of the donations to Loyola's Child Life Program. Our 4 year old son has had numerous long stays at LUMC and love the way Megan and her team of volunteers lift the kids spirits on a daily basis!
