Cars 2: Free Movie in the Park This Friday
With the weather still mild, take advantage of a free movie in the park.
This weekend the weather is expected to be mild as the crisp fall winds have yet to blow in and if you are looking for a fun, and free, night out a movie in the park just might be the perfect option.
On Friday, Sept. 28, the 19th Ward Youth Foundation and the Chicago Park District are hosting a screening of the animated film "Cars 2."
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to McKiernan Park, 10714 S. Sawyer Avenue. The movie starts at dusk. Check out the attached video to get a sneak peek of the film.
