CSU, Ald. O’Shea Invite Beverly Residents to Free “Jazz on the Hill” Event

Chicago State University President Wayne D. Watson and 19th Ward Alderman Matt O’Shea are inviting members of the Beverly community to the CSU Presidential Mansion at 10400 S. Longwood Dr. on Thursday July 10 for a free community concert and light refreshments.

“The CSU family greatly values our relationships in the Beverly community and we wanted to do something to show that appreciation,” Watson said. “We are very pleased to be joining with Alderman O’Shea for an evening of family fun and we encourage all Beverly residents to stop by and join the party.”

The “Jazz on the Hill” event begins at 5:30 p.m. and goes until 8:00 p.m. The event will feature multiple musical acts including CSU student musicians. The event is free and open to all Beverly residents.
