Catch The Figure as Storyteller at BAC Before It's Too Late

It's the final weekend to catch The Figure as Storyteller at the Beverly Arts Center's East/Bridge Gallery, 2407 W. 111th St. Since the first art was made on the walls of caves, the human figure has been central to the theme of many works of art. Now visitors have a chance to view an exhibit that displays on the human form in many different ways.

The Figure as Storyteller features the artwork of seven artists who show, through their art, what it means to be human. These Chicago-based artists include Norbert Marszalek, Jesse Howard, Jennifer Scott, Mays Mayhew, Paul Sierra, Jennifer Cronin and Chuck Walker.

The exhibit is free and is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.
