Beverly Arts Center Pairs Technology and Art for Teens Tuesdays This Fall

Sign your teen up for an introduction to digital art or computer graphic design course.

In just a few weeks, it may be time for your preteen or teenager to head back to school. While individual schools offer many after-school activities, the Beverly Arts Center has plenty to offer students as well.

This fall, Tuesdays are technology days for children and teens, ages 9 to 15, at the Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th St. The center will offer two 10-week classes on Tuesdays that can turn any preteen or teen into a digital artist or graphic designer. The Introduction to Computer Art course will take place Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m., and the Computer Graphic Design course goes from 6 to 8 p.m. every Tuesday.

To register or learn more, visit the BAC website, beverlyartcenter.org, or call 773-445-3838.

Other classes for teens this fall include: dance classes (ballet), an improv class (Beverly Big Mouths) and an introduction to t'ai chi.
