The Change of Pace 5K is a great way to take that first st ep.&rdquo\;\nThe event\, sanctioned by USA Track &\; Field\, will fea ture a 5K race along Lake Michigan&rsquo\;s scenic Lakefront Trail\, liv e music from members of the Chicago Street Musicians\, family activities for kids of all ages\, raffle prizes\, an awards ceremony\, and complim entary post-race refreshments.\nProceeds from the Change of Pace 5K will benefit \;KNO Clothing\, an ethical clothing company dedicated to c lothing and housing the homeless in over 150 communities in the United S tates. To date\, KNO Clothing has hand-delivered 1\,250 articles of clot hing and\, along with their partners\, housed more than 19\,000 people.
