Yellow-Vested Bandit Robs Burbank Bank

A TCF Bank branch in Burbank was robbed on Jan. 26

 

The FBI is searching for a man who is suspected of holding up a Burbank bank Saturday morning. 

A man wearing what appears to be a yellow safety vest walked into the TCF Bank branch at 7910 S. Cicero Ave. inside of Jewel-Osco and robbed it, according to the FBI.

The man did not show a gun and the incident is described by officials as a non takeover-style bank robbery. The suspected robber was a black male between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-9. He has on a gray hoodie and has a thin mustache. 

No one was injured and the suspect was seen fleeing the scene on foot, the Chicago Tribune reports.

TCF bank yet again! I am a bit nervous just to shop at Jewel with a TCF bank inside.

Been saying it for years now..Jewel just plain doesn't care about the safety of its customers! These robberies have been going on in these branches for years now..Jewel lost its real image as a neighborhood store years ago and its only interest is the bottom line!! More Money for them.........Good bye..you'll soon be gone.....
