Why are you posting listings that are under contract? I am the listing agent of 402 S Cedar and both the buyer and seller are questioning me as to why this is being advertised without permission.It has been under contract over 60 days now. Mary Anne: The home still is listed on RE/MAX site. I check listings and credit David J. Cobb, RE/MAX, each week when I post these listings. The idea is to give our Patch audience an idea of what is out there for sale in a sample price range.
