Originally from Chicago, Vernon came to the Glendale Heights campus to pursue a program specifically designed to provide the training necessary for professional, entry-level technicians. Vernon, a veteran, also received special training in the Ford Accelerated Credential Training (FACT) program, through UTI's partnership with the Ford Motor Co.
